What we collect

We collect account profile details, workspace details, uploaded invoice and receipt files, extracted document fields, usage records, audit events, and QuickBooks Online connection metadata needed to provide the service.

How we use it

We use customer data to authenticate users, process documents, detect duplicates, support review workflows, sync approved transactions to QuickBooks Online, provide support, monitor usage, and maintain security.

Your QuickBooks connection

QuickBooks Online data is used only for the functional purpose of the app: reading accounting references, creating approved Bills or Expenses, and attaching source documents when requested by the customer.

How access is protected

Access is organization-scoped. Session cookies are HTTPOnly and Secure in production. QuickBooks Online OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Signed download URLs are short lived.

Who data is shared with

We do not sell customer data. We do not provide third parties with access to customer QuickBooks Online data except infrastructure providers used to operate the service under appropriate controls.

Keeping and removing data

Customers may remove documents and disconnect QuickBooks Online from within the app. Operational logs and audit records may be retained for security, compliance, and support.
