ScannerPilot stores uploaded documents privately and uses expiring links for previews. Avoid putting private documents or credentials in support messages.
Will connecting QuickBooks automatically post my documents?
No. Connecting a company and approving a document are different actions. A user must approve a document before it is sent to QuickBooks Online.
Do I need to share my QuickBooks password?
Use the QuickBooks authorization flow. Do not send your QuickBooks password or access tokens to support.
